Start by completing the parent/guardian and player information. Then confirm your membership selection and add any additional options that apply to your family before checkout.

Before You Submit

Please review the following:

• Booster Club Membership is required for the season.

• Select Additional Athlete if your family has more than one Flower Mound football athlete.

• Select Volunteer Opt-Out if your family chooses to pay the volunteer deferral fee instead of completing the standard volunteer requirement.

• Junior Jag Memberships are registered separately on the Junior Jags page.
