Varsity GAme DAy Meals

Help us fuel the Jags on game day! Volunteers are needed each week to help serve the Varsity team their pre-game meal before they take the field.

Game day starts long before kickoff. Each week, volunteers help make sure our Varsity players are fed and ready to go by serving their pre-game meal at FM9.

We’ll have two buffet lines and are looking for 10 volunteers for each game day. It’s a simple, one-hour commitment that makes a big difference for our players and program.

When: Varsity Game Days
Time: 3:00 - 4:00 PM
Where: FM9 Cafeteria
Volunteer Spots: 10 per date

Volunteer Requirements

Because this volunteer opportunity takes place on campus, all Varsity Meal volunteers must be VOLY approved before serving.

On your selected game day, please:

• Arrive at FM9 by 3:00 PM

• Check in through the FM9 campus upon arrival

• Proceed to the cafeteria after check-in

• Plan to volunteer from approximately 3:00–4:00 PM

If you sign up an additional volunteer, they must also meet the VOLY approval requirements.

• You may register yourself and one additional volunteer during the same signup.

• Please only select a date you are able to attend. After submitting your signup, you’ll receive a confirmation with the details and arrival instructions.
